Sarah Anderson was most recently VP of Marketing at Oliver Wine Co., Inc., where she served for 10+ years. Sarah provided pivotal leadership to the founder-led brand and was a key leader as the company grew sales by 2.7x and more than doubled distribution footprint from 2014-2021. Following consecutive years of innovation successes and double-digit growth, Oliver was acquired by NexPhase Capital in 2021.

Today, Oliver Winery is among the 30 largest wine producers in the U.S., with wine sold in 43 states. The vast majority of national sales are driven by national retail chains (eg. Walmart, Kroger, Target) and super-regional retailers (eg. Meijer, H-E-B). Oliver Winery is also a top U.S. wine tourism destination, rated #3 in the U.S. by Newsweek, with a thriving direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce business.

Sarah's superpower is at the intersection of storytelling and insight. She can quickly translate insights into briefs and activations that drive business results. She's used this skill to influence a broad scope of work in her career, from market research and product strategy, to brand story and advertising campaigns. She led more than 40 SKUs through full-cycle development from concept through launch readiness, with 70% of those items remaining at shelf three years post-release.
